A qualified Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist Amber Walker is an expert in health, fitness and wellness.

As a leader in her field, Amber has won 3 World championship fitness trophies and coached the likes of Penelope Cruz, Javier Bardem and the cast of Pirates of the Caribbean 5.

Dedicating her life to helping others improve their physical, emotional and mental wellbeing, Ambers first became truly passionate about health and fitness industry out of personal need.

Growing up as a fairly normal high achieving child she began to experience depression in her late teens and by 22 had been hospitalised 4 times. Deemed beyond help by many medical experts, she used her Personal Trainer background and knowledge to seek out alternative ways to get through the days.

With a complete lifestyle overhaul, focused on nourishing foods and physical movement, Amber transformed her health and began to see a brighter future for herself, one of helping others.

Her dedication to positively influencing societies approach to health and wellbeing has taken Amber around the world, researching different cultures approach to wellness and combining such knowledge into her online wellness program 60 Days To A Sexy Soul. \u2028

“As a Western culture we are overrun, stressed out, depressed, fatter and sicker than ever before. Having studied Nursing before transferring to Biomedical Science I was aware of the amazing advances in medicine and surgery so this diseased state just didn’t make sense. I decided to switch my focus from physical fitness as a singular solution and begun studying natural and holistic medicine and their practices throughout the world” explains Amber.

Today, Amber takes a complete holistic approach to her coaching, looking at a persons health and wellness from the combined physical, mental, emotional and spiritual view so as to treat the whole person.
