The greatest challenge in my career has been…
Finding the balance. My life has become my work!
What does your career path look like, from College to now?
I started a blog in my 4th year of studies and then practiced as a nutritionist for 2 years. I wrote an eBook which lead to my first published book. Since then, I have written a second book, created a vitamin range and I’m about to launch the JSHealth App.
A typical day for me, goes a bit like this…
Wake up at 7am. Walk in nature, yoga and a JSHealth breakfast. Work from 9am until 7pm. This involves recipe creation, meetings and staff discussions. After work, I make a delicious dinner for my husband and I. We switch all technology off by 8pm and enjoy chill time 🙂
What is the one thing you’d most like to change about the world?
Less judgement and more celebration of people’s success.
What’s the best advice you have ever been given?
Hard work never goes unseen – my mum always says that 🙂
Who has been your biggest mentor so far…
My mum – she taught me how to cook 🙂 My dad has taught me what strong work ethic looks like!
When was a turning point in your career…
When I got my first book published, I think I knew JSHealth would be more than just a blog.
If you were to describe yourself in 5 adjectives, what would they be?
Kind, hard-working, sensitive, compassionate, understanding.
