Chronological age is the number of years you’ve lived, biological age is your body condition, and emotional age is how “old” your brain feels and thinks. Statistically speaking, all these ages usually differ from each other in one person.

Today we’re talking about how our mental age can say a lot about you as a person. Many different types of people around the world experience a difference in their biological age and emotional age. More often than not, these two ages end up being two completely different things. I bet your results will surprise you!
